exam. Depending on the exam settings, you may
need to log in before starting.
What types of MCQ exams are available?
BongoLibrary may provide Live Exams,
Practice Tests, Model Tests, Daily Quizzes,
Subject Exams, Topic Exams and other
scheduled examinations.
Can MCQ exams have negative marking?
Yes. Some exams may include negative marking.
The marks, negative-marking rules and duration
will depend on the settings of the individual exam.
Where can I see upcoming exams?
Upcoming and scheduled exams are available
from the Exam Routine section.
Where can I see my exam results?
Logged-in users can view available exam results
and performance information from their MCQ account.
Can I review my wrong answers?
Yes, where supported. BongoLibrary MCQ can keep
track of incorrect and unanswered questions so
that you can review them later.
Can I view previous questions without taking the exam?
Yes. If an exam has been released to the
Previous Questions or Archive section,
eligible users may view its questions and
available answers even if they did not
participate in the original exam.
Account
Do I need an account to use BongoLibrary?
Not for every feature. Public and free content
may be available without logging in.
An account may be required for exam history,
personal results, favourites, Premium access,
orders and other personalised features.
Why should I create an account?
An account allows BongoLibrary to associate
your activity with you, including features
such as results, exam progress, favourites,
Premium access and purchases.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the password recovery or reset option on
the login page. A password setup or reset
message may be sent to your registered email.
Books & Digital Products
What types of books are available?
BongoLibrary currently organises books into

What is BongoLibrary Premium?
Premium access may provide access to selected
Premium Exams, Question Banks, Study Materials,
detailed explanations and other restricted
learning resources.
How long does Premium access remain active?
Access duration depends on the package you purchase.
The applicable duration and conditions should be
displayed with the Premium package before payment.
When is Premium access activated?
For supported online payments, eligible Premium
access may be activated automatically after
successful payment confirmation.
Payment & bKash
Can I pay with bKash?
Yes. BongoLibrary supports an integrated
bKash automatic payment gateway
for supported purchases.
Do I need to manually send my bKash Transaction ID?
Normally no. With the automatic bKash payment
gateway, successful payment confirmation can
be received automatically by BongoLibrary.
Will BongoLibrary ask for my bKash PIN or OTP?
No. Never provide your bKash PIN, OTP, password
or other sensitive authentication information
to BongoLibrary support.
What should I do if money is deducted but my order is not confirmed?
Please contact BongoLibrary support with your
order number and relevant transaction reference.
We can review the payment and order status.
Do not send your bKash PIN or OTP.
What happens if I pay twice for the same order?
If a duplicate payment is verified, the additional
eligible transaction may be refunded according to
our Refund & Return Policy.

Can a damaged physical book be replaced?
An eligible damaged, defective or incorrect
physical book may qualify for replacement,

Is Premium access refundable?
Successfully activated and used digital access
is generally non-refundable. However, duplicate
charges or verified technical failures may be
reviewed according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Does BongoLibrary sell my personal information?
BongoLibrary does not sell personal information.
Information may be shared with necessary service
providers where required to operate the platform,
process payments or provide services.
Is my exam activity stored?
For logged-in users, BongoLibrary may store
exam results, answers, performance, favourites
and related learning activity to provide
